When I try to sign in to Freegal, why does it says "There is a problem with your card"?

When your card has been reported as lost, when we send you mail and it is returned to us, or when you sign in to your account and update your address, a "note" is put on your account stating that you must show ID/proof of the new address in person at one of our libraries. Once you show this information at a library, we can remove the note from your account and your access to Freegal will be restored.
