I had a prepaid balance on my account before the switch to the new catalog. How can I check this balance?

To check whether there is a prepaid balance on your account, please contact us using this form. While our new system will not support prepaid deposits, if you had a prepaid balance on your account prior to the switch, then it carried over. Unfortunately, there is no way for you to see this balance so a staff member will have to check your account for you.
