Yes, you can enable dyslexic font on all ebooks from Libby and hoopla.

In the Libby app or in the browser at libbyapp.com, after you've checked out an eBook and opened it, tap the center of the screen, select the reading settings icon icon, and select "OpenDyslexic" under "Book Design."

In our hoopla collection, if you're reading an eBook in your browser, click on the icon at the top right to select the dyslexic font. If you're reading the title in the hoopla app, single tap in the middle of a page and then tap on the Aa icon at the bottom of the page to select the dyslexic font.
