What do I do if there is an exclamation point on the play button in the Libby app?

If you have an audiobook checked out from the Libby app and see an exclamation mark on the play button, you should be able to fix the issue by deleting (but not returning) and re-downloading the title.

  1. Go to your Shelf.
  2. Tap checkmark, then Stream (when online).
  3. Tap Yes, wipe download to confirm.
  4. Tap cloud, then Download. This will download a fresh copy.
