When I try to register for Kanopy, it says there is already an account with my email address, but when I click forgot password, it says my email address is not in the system.

 

After initially signing up for Kanopy, you should receive an email from Kanopy asking you to verify your email address. If you do not verify your email address and forget your password, this error will occur.

If this is the case, you'll need to find the email from Kanopy asking you to verify your email address and click the link to verify. Once you've done this, you'll be able to click "forgot password" to reset your password and access your Kanopy account.
