Yes and you can install it from your device's app store. After installing and opening the app, chose to Sign in with your library card:
When prompted to enter your Library ID, simply enter mls (lowercase) at the end of the URL www.linkedin.com/learning-login/go/:
On the next screen, enter your Library card number and for your PIN, enter your last name.
If you don't want to use the LinkedIn Learning app, their website is mobile responsive so you can use LinkedIn Learning in the browser on your mobile device.
