Primary and Reciprocal cards do not expire if they are used on a regular basis. Inactive cards will require replacement after 5 years of non-use. School and Annual Fee cards expire 1 year from the date they were issued. ONEcard cards expire once a student is no longer enrolled in Oklahoma City Public Schools.
