In the Libby app or on libbyapp.com, you can limit your search results to only show you titles for a particular audience. It will not limit the type of titles that appear in the book displays on the home page.

On the OverDrive website, you can change the kinds of titles you see when browsing our OverDrive catalog by changing the maturity level. Most customers use this feature to hide titles for children and teens from the 'adult' catalog.

  1. Visit metrolibrary.overdrive.com.
  2. Click the 3 books icon at the top and then enter all 8 digits of your library card number (if your card number has less than 8 digits, add enough zeros to the front of your number until it is 8 digits long) or if your card number starts with ecard, enter that word along with the trailing digits. Your password is your full last name.
  3. Click on Settings and then make your selection(s) in the Content Preferences section.

In hoopla, you can toggle Kids' mode on or off by selecting the "Kids" icon in the top right corner of the screen. You can also make this change in your settings.
