Yes, the Downtown Library has topographical maps of many states dating from the 1960s-1990s that can be used in the library and/or can be checked out for 3 weeks at a time.
- Maps for Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Colorado are organized in filing cabinets along the south side of the 2nd floor
- Maps for other states are housed in compact shelving and can be retrieved by a staff member upon request
We also have older maps of Oklahoma and the Indian Territories dating from the 1890s-1910s that cannot be checked out. If you would like to submit a request to view these older maps, please fill out the form towards the bottom of this page to contact the Special Collections department.
