Can I check out a tablet from the library?

We unfortunately do not have tablets available for checkout. However, some of our branches have Chromebooks available for checkout on a first-come, first-served basis. To view current availability, please check our catalog.
Chromebooks have a 3-week loan period, and they cannot be renewed. They will be deactivated when they are 3 days or more overdue, and late fees are $1 per day up to a maximum of $30.
Almonte, Belle Isle, and The Village also have Chromebooks available for in-library use only.
