What do I do if there is an exclamation point on the play button in the Libby app?

If you have an audiobook checked out from the Libby app and see an exclamation mark on the play button, you should be able to fix the issue by deleting (but not returning) and re-downloading the title.
- Go to your Shelf.
- Across from the title of the book, there should be an icon that looks like a library card with a check mark in the corner. Tap on that icon and then select "Remove Download." The rectangle will change into a cloud icon.
- Tap the cloud icon. Once it turns back into a rectangle, that means a fresh copy of the file has been downloaded.
