I received a notice that my hold was ready for pickup at the kiosk at Mitch Park. Why isn't it there?

Holds are checked in before being delivered to the kiosk, which means sometimes you might receive the hold notice before your items are ready for pickup. If your items are not at the kiosk, check back in about 24 hours and your items should be there.
