I'm having trouble listening to a Playaway. How do I fix it?

If you're having a problem listening to a Playaway, much like rebooting a computer, a Playaway can be rebooted in an attempt to fix the problem. Here's how to reset a Playaway:

While PAUSED, Press SP+REV. The LCD screen will ask you if you want to reset. Press Play to confirm/reset. When the Playaway is turned on again it will be at the beginning.

For older versions of the Playaway:
While PAUSED, press EQ+SP+FWD+REV.
