Some of our libraries do host social workers on certain days and times.

The Downtown Library has an embedded Housing Navigator from the Homeless Alliance to assist those who are close to eviction or currently unhoused to secure housing. They are available Mondays through Wednesdays from 9 AM - 5 PM, except during holiday closings.

The Del City Library has an embedded DHS social worker who provides in-person assistance on Mondays from 9 AM - 5 PM and virtual help Tuesdays through Fridays from 9 AM - 5 PM, except during holiday closings. They can assist with job applications, applying for unemployment benefits, SNAP benefits, housing assistance, and more.

Please call ahead at 405-231-8650 to check on the availability of social work assistance.
