To print one of these lists, first sign into the catalog:
- Visit metrolibrary.org and click My Account at the top.
- In the window that pops up, enter all the digits of your library card number. Your password or PIN is your full last name. Click Log In.
- If you have an ECARD number, enter that word along with the trailing digits with no spaces between them. For example: ecard1234567
- If your card number has a lowercase letter "c" at the end, do not include it when you enter your card number.
- After you have logged in, click on your name at the top right of the screen (or the head and shoulders icon if you are on a mobile device).
To print what you have checked out or on hold, select Checked Out Titles or Titles On Hold. At the bottom of the screen, click Export to CSV. A .csv file will download and you can then open the file, format it, and print it.
To print a saved list, select Your Lists. Click on the title of the list you want to print. At the top of the list, click Export List to CSV. A .csv file will download and you can then open the file, format it, and print it.
NOTE: When you open the file, you may notice that the title, author, or some other fields are cut off because the cells are too small. To make the cells large enough to read the full text in them, in Microsoft Excel, click on the letter at the top of the column you want to adjust the size of. For example, in the example below, if you want to view the full titles you can click on the letter "B":
Move your mouse to the right side of the column until it turns into an icon that looks like a vertical line with two arrows:
Click and drag the mouse to the right to expand the column until you can view the full titles in that column.
