My account shows I still have a book checked out but I know I returned it. What do I do?

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19, we are having to quarantine all items for at least 96 hours before we can check them in, and we are also experiencing some backlog with processing materials. We will backdate the item to credit you with the day it was returned.

If it has been longer than a week, please contact us and we can start the search for the item.
