Yes, the Midwest City Library has a public use typewriter and there is no cost to use it. Also, if you are in downtown OKC, the Oklahoma County Law Library (directly north of the Downtown Library in the Oklahoma County Courthouse) has a public use typewriter and there is no cost to use it.
