Do any libraries have fax machines/scanners/copiers for public use?

All libraries have photocopiers with the capability to scan documents and send faxes. Incoming faxes cannot be received using these copiers. Here's a list (current as of January 2017) of our copiers and their capabilities:

Printing and copying costs are $.10 per page for black and white and $.50 per page for color. There is no cost to scan or fax documents.
