Yes, we have picture books in print (VOX books and Wonderbooks), also known as Read Alongs, that are narrated by way of an audio reader that is permanently attached to the book. Readers simply press the play button to listen and read.
To search our catalog for all Read Alongs, please visit metrolibrary.org/readalongs or you can run the search yourself by following these steps:
- Visit the catalog
- Click the Search button to the right of the search bar without entering any terms into the search bar
NOTE: if you want to search for narrated books by a particular author, with a certain keyword, etc., you can enter your terms into the search bar before you click Search. - On the left side of the page under Narrow Your Results, click Format and then more...
- Check the box next to Read Along and then click Apply at the bottom right of the page:
- You can narrow your search results further by using the other filters on the left side of the page.
